The Kansas City Aviation Department (KCAD) hereby announces its Airport Concessions Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) program goals for fiscal years (October 1, 2020 - September 30, 2023). The Overall Goal Calculation for Concessions: 16.0% to be accomplished through 14.20% Race Conscious (RC) and 1.80% Race Neutral (RN) measures. The Overall Goal Calculation for Car Rentals: 11.0% to be accomplished through 10.00% Race Conscious (RC) and 1.00% Race Neutral (RN) measures.
